Phew, thought it was the poisonous one,Thanks! Okay I'm going to do so and just cycle the tank all over again. But is there any way of getting rid of them bc there're all over the sand bed

They make traps for them. You can pull them out with tweezers, just don't touch the hairs on the side. It's like getting stung by a bee.
