tube anemone ate my dwarf angel

Anyone have any trouble with the same. I have had the tube anemone for about 6 months and it has never done anything before. I got a dwarf coral beauty and I came home to find it dead and in the mouth of the tube anemone 48 hours later. Whats up with that??!!

Not sure, but if the angel swam by and got stung it would def. be lunch. , Bought an anemone once and when I got it home it spit out a clown fish.

sometimes things die and drift and are caught by the anemone. then again, could have just been hungry

Thats what they do..... eat fish. I got one because the LFS said it was a good reef safe anemone..... I read up on it and found out that Clowns will not host with it and that it will eat what ever it can grab. They are cool but IMO and not for tanks with small fish.
