Something is making small tunnels in my deep sand bed, i can see through the glass into the sand small tunnels forming, it looks like worms but I have not read about anything like this, could they be some kind of worm and are they good or bad

I could be from bristleworms. Also, pods make tunnels in the sand bed. I wouldn't worry.
