Turbinaria recession

Hi,

I have this turbinaria peltata for about 3 months and I didn't attach to the rock so it kept falling into the sand.

When I finally decided attaching the coral never opened again.

All the parameters are ok and the position is moderate to high light and moderate to high current.

Any ideas about what's happening ?

I had my pagoda cup with that much current and it did not do much. I moved it to a higher spot with less current and it perked up. Make sure no fish are pecking at it. Good Luck
