Turbo Calcium

Anyone use Turbo Calcium? Any better insturctions on how to use if then what's on the lable? It's hard to measure a 1/8 of a teaspone plus I tryed it and the calcium levels never moved. I'm trying to raise my calcium levels to 400.

input current levels, product used, and it'll tell you how much turbo calcium you need.

You probably need several teaspoons...that was the issue I had...an 1/8 tsp. was barely enough to maintain my low levels, let alone raise them. I needed 7.8tsp to reach my target levels.

I wouldn't add more than 1tsp a day. But plastic measuring spoons and 1/8 tsp. is a snap to measure out.
