Got these 2 massive turquoise green Mexican Turbo snails from the mini auction after the March meeting at the Colorado Aquarium Society.

They were $5.00 for the 2 of them. Huge - each one filling the palm of my hand, though I didn't get any pics of that.

Yes, this Chaeto /pod 6.6G Edge glass only tank was disgusting. (Still has some muck at the bottom which will get cleaned out soon, btw) That isn't the point though.

Beautiful snails.

The lights were on 24/7 two of them a daylight and a 50/50 actinic causing a great deal of algae build up. Now only one light though.

Will be feeding them Seaweed sheets now that they have cleaned up so well.

Anyone else have pics of their hard working clean up crew's work feel free to show it!

The first pics of the snail munching were after they had been in there a couple days.

And just at a week from introduction 8 days officially when I took the pic,
