Twitchy eel?

I have a snowflake eel in qt atm and have seen it twitch it's head 3 times in the two weeks I've had it.

I'm going on the assumption that it's ich but its not doing anything else out of the normal and it doesnt have any visible spots so would like some confirmation since I'm new to snowflakes.

One thing it could be is stray electricity. Do you have a ground probe?

Not on my qt, but thats a good idea. The only piece of electrical equipment I'm running is a eheim jager heater but it could still be doing it.
