Bought my blenny and my fox face together but now they seem to stick together all the time the blenny does chill out on his head sometimes ( it's amusing ) but is it normal? They weren't even in a tank in the shop together

It's all about survival, he's probably comfortable with the foxface and sees him as a little protection. Just a thought though.

That's really cute, one more question when my blenny is goin into holes on the rock to hide he gets bright blue freckles what does that mean hes a bi color top- black bottom- orange

Many fish have subtle changes in their coloration due to stress or from day to night.
My Yellow tang gets pale and I can see her lateral line at night.
These are normal, natural responses for a lot of different fish.
