Urchin dropping eggs or excrement??

My new urchin was trying to spawn a couple of days ago now it's stuck to my glass dropping many individual dark green very small balls are they eggs or is it doing it's business ????

Ha ha, you think it is business?? He was excreting a milky fluid a day or so ago,I was informed he was trying to spawn and now this??

As far as I can tell it ain't touched the hair algae yet only had him 2 days!?

There is lots of other algae on the glass and rocks for him to eat. My urchin won't touch hair algae. It likes to eat coralline algae.
