Using copper in quarentine

Most sources I have seen quote 1.008-1.009. I have seen a site or two that said 1.010. I do not ever recall seeing higher. I do think that Ich can survive in higher, so if the idea is to kill that parasite, then i would drop it the extra just to be safe.
 
Todd I haven't either. I like for him to post the site where he got that information that 1.019 is acceptable for killing ich that is totally wrong information.
 
In the artical you posted He's telling you to maintain a level of 14ppt which is 1.011 which is still to high
 
Flop, a copper treatment has to last 14 to 17 days not a coupleof days.

Yeah, I plan to leave them there for 4 weeks, then transfer to my display. The only problem is going to be tangs. There is no way to have a quarantine large enough for them, at least not at my house, but nothing else is going in without it. That Marine Velvet is bad news.
