Using FW fish for food.

I fish for Rainbow trout every Winter and inevitably some have eggs in them. Eggs range from pinhead size to salmon egg size. Would these be good food for my reef fish and inverts? Just hate to waste a potentialy good source of nutrients with the rest of the inards. I know this wouldn't be a good staple food, just a treat.

Around here we use the innards for crab bait but that's because we have crabs to begin with lol
