Using Vitamin-C?

I was browsing around to see what Vitamin C has to offer and I found this thread about Vit-C looks like I am going to try this and see if I can get some results

wow, I am not a SW person but I would think that maybe some of the fillers might screw with things... But the main concern would end up being the vit C messing with the pH.

Wonder how it would work on a FW tank and if the fish and plants really absorb it into their systems or if it is just a result of teh change of water chemistry.

Why are you considering vitamin C? I know that one of the contributing factors of HLLE is supposed to be a lack of vitamin C but dried seaweed will help to replenish that in your tangs. I dont see any need for it. JMO.
