Varied diet

I wanted to see how important everyone on here thought a varied diet and also what some people feed their sw tank. I thought it would be neat to see how everyone feeds.

Myself, i feed at some time or another:

Prime Reef flake
Freeze Dried Krill
Spirulina Flakes
Seaweed sheets
Bio-Blend Marine
Emerald Entree
Frozen Plankton

That is just what I have here now. The fish like everything, so I think they kinda like having the variety.

Anyone else?

I feed as a staple dried nori. Every few days (maybe 2X a week) they get some thawed blender mush. My blender mush includes clams, shrimp, squid, scallops, fish, nori and saltwater.
