veggie question

I've read in few posts that you can feed your fishies vegetables. I have a Figi puffer and clown...is there any veggies I need to stay away from? What are the best veggies to feed my little monsters?

well cucumbers, brocilli,spinich,lettuce...
stuff eay to chew, no carrots or hard stuff...
Heard frozen peas were good for bigger fish, have not tried them yet. For yoru fish they aren't pure veggie eaters. So flakes or blender mush would work great...
