Thanks for the post. I would ASSUME since I cant get a test kit to work for me, I will have to drop by yet another LFS this weekend and see if I can find another one. What I dont understand is IF my ammonia were that high, wouldnt I see my fish reacting? The fish is swimming around, nipping at the items in the aquarium, breathing easily (not fast which they do when they are lacking oxygen)...etc. Plus Im getting to the point that Im not to sure Im not going to go ahead and move the QT fish. Its been almost 4 weeks now and no signs of ick or anything. This tang (yellow) is at fat of a fish as my regal in my main. I just dont know what else to do on the testing thing....
