Is there any reason with i should put Prime in my water change if i m using culligan water and would i benefit at all by adding it, I know dumb ?

its mostly used to remove chlorine so if your water source doesn't have it, you wouldn't need it.

I would just in case the water you get might have chlorine or chloramine in it.
The benefit IMO would be the knowledge that for sure your water is safe for your fish, piece of mind is never a bad thing
