Water Not Clear

My 90 G Salt water tank with Live rock it is not crystal Clear ..... All parameters are on or close to standard. Will additional filtration (Canister) to my Biologycal filter help ?. It is just not clear, there are fine particles all over ...NOT BUBBLES ....Thank you

Did you recently add sand to the tank?

No the tank is almost 2 months old ....I do 10% water changes every week .....
but the water never clears .....
