I don't understand the spike in NH3...how old is your tank and how much live rock do you have?

Tank is 4 months old and I have about 25 lbs of live rock

To lower salinity gradually, just remove some saltwater from your tank and let auto top off fill it. Monitor salinity and keep doing it until you reach 1.026 and do your scheduled pwc.
