Weird buy what are lumens

I have a 30 gal im looking at a led light with 160 lumens at 3 watts each led with 28 leds

A lumen is a measurement of visible light.

More important than wattage or lumens would be PAR (Photosynthetically Active Radiation) and spectrum or color temperature. If you have a link to the light in question I am sure some folks can make some recommendations.
