Weird Creature

I have this weird creature in my tank. I am not sure what it is and if its good or very bad. Its about almost 1cm, it moves and digs in the sand. Here is a pic

Pod! Harmless filter feeder. Part of your cleanup crew. And I bet you have hunderds to thousands more, and you do not know it. There are a few pods out there that are carnivorous, but seldom seen in an aquarium, infact, almost unheard of.

Also free food source to your fish.

Ok cool, I just wanted to make sure it was not a parasite and it was going to harm my tank.

Thanks
