What are these

Not sure how visible they are but I have some thin things growing up from my sand that are the same color about 2cm long any ideas what they may be?

Hi I had these sandy things in my tank and about a week later noticed these tube like things growing off the rock wich looked like they were made out of sand, and on closer look it sticks out as if to feed then goes bk in its tube which it made out of the sand I bought the thief LOL sorry had to say that, but anyway I've had no problems from them, hope this helps.
