What do Coral Beauties eat ? are they good hardy fish?

They're pretty hardy fish. I fed mine Brine shrimp and provided LR for grazing.

I had a singapore that only ate romaine lettuce , do coral beauties eat romaine lettuce?

A mixed diet of a good algea based flake and some protien from mysis or krill should be fine. The are a pretty hardy fish, once acclimated. Just take your time acclimating them and have plenty of LR for it to graze on.

I got 1 more question , Do they get pretty big or do they stay pretty small?

CBs are dwarf angel fish with approximate size from 1" to 4-1/2" . They don't get big like large angel fish.
