what eats algae on the sand bed?

I have brownish, redish and greenish stuff on my sand bed, I also looks like hair algae on my sand bed.

I also see like redish hairs on my rock..

Whats a good cleanup critter that will take care of this?

Not to many animals eat red hair algae. Do you have anything/critters for stirring the sandbed? Like nassarius snail or a goby to help turn and aerate the sand? I know you've heard this before but the best defense is to just do extra water changes. This will help with the hair algae, [acronym:8726924e2e="Cyanobacteria"]cyano[/acronym:8726924e2e], diatoms and any other algae issues you may have.

And not just [acronym:2cdd4fa628="Partial water change"]PWC[/acronym:2cdd4fa628] but feeding every other day as something is feeding this algea. Goby is definitely good idea also.
