I have brownish, redish and greenish stuff on my sand bed, I also looks like hair algae on my sand bed.

I also see like redish hairs on my rock..

Whats a good cleanup critter that will take care of this?

Not to many animals eat red hair algae. Do you have anything/critters for stirring the sandbed? Like nassarius snail or a goby to help turn and aerate the sand? I know you've heard this before but the best defense is to just do extra water changes. This will help with the hair algae, cyano, diatoms and any other algae issues you may have.

And not just PWC but feeding every other day as something is feeding this algea. Goby is definitely good idea also.
