what is this???

i just looked in my tank and saw this thing

it is clear with a red vein like thing running through the middle of it and on the one end has long very thing tenticle like things
any ideas ???
the picture may not be that great
 
looks like a spaghetti worm.

thanks for that picture of the spaghetti worm it looks just like it to me maybe mine is a baby yet cause its clear i don't know

is that thing harmful?
do i need to do anything for it?
 
Spaghetti worms are beneficial detrivores, a good member of the clean up crew. Most of the ones in my tank are clear/tranlucent or striped.
 
ok well i just found another one i read that link but mine are not attached to rocks yet i found one in the sand and one against the rocks
