What is this algea stuff

Can anyone tell me what this black algea type stuff is and how to get rid of it? Thank you

Yup, cyno. Usually caused by low flow, over feeding, too much light

Water changes, reducing feedings, shortening the photo period. Cyano runs on nutrients and light. it';s not caused by low flow however. I've seen it in the outputs of power heads and no where else.
