what is this and is it bad

This was on a rock I bought that was removed from a tank and sitting in a bucket. Its on the rock petty good

all the rock had been pulled out and put in a bucket one piece was still damp and had this on it

Its green and hairy is it bad our will it be ok in my tank

just looks like algae to me

Its green and had long thick stands. Really tough too tried to pull it off with no luck

If it is bad how do I remove it? Or will it go away. My tank isn't cycled yet
