What is this ?? Need help

I saw a video on youtube saying that raising the magnesium to 1600 for a couple of days helps ALOT in hair algae cases ?? Is that true ??

Besides that ..
Well ill start with the basic suggestions

Ill try to manualy remove what i can from the back glass.
cut down my light by 1-2 hours/day.
and do a big water change today 30-40%.
ill reduce feeding and see how it goes and let u guys know
