What is this on my live rock??

So i have no idea what this is hanging out on my LR. I think it might be some sort of anemone? I have no idea. When I go to touch it, it retreats back into the rock and last night it managed to move from one side of the rock to the other.

It is an anemone. A rock flower anemone in fact. They are probably one of the easier to care for anemone currently in the hobby. Even with that said, they need stable, pristine water to survive along with intense lighting. Due to it moving, I would assume that lighting isn't up to its needs and it is searching for it.
