What kind of lights do you use on your Fuge?

I've got a 55 gallon refugium with lots O Chaeto and a few caulerpas. I was wondering what yous guys (and ladies, especially Reef Lady) used over your refugiums.

Also, as mine is 18" deep, and not everyone's fuge is, what would you recommend for out of control macro growth?

what are ya using for your main tank ? if pc?? when those are needed to be changed buy new ones for you main tank and use the older ones for the fuge :-_ get double life and for macros it will be fine of those dont fit grow lights from home depot work great

I bought grow lights for my future sump after some research. Man, it's a lot cheaper.
