I've got some algae blooms as well as cyanobacteria and one suggestion to aid in getting rid of them was to get some macro algae which would consume some of their food source.
This works for me since i really would love to get some macro algae.
Any suggestions on what to get?
I've seen something like "red rubber tree" that looked really awesome, and i'm wondering if that would work in my tank? Are there any do's and don't about macro algea? I'm having a lot of trouble finding information online.
here's my tank info:
brittlestar, 2 cleaner shrimp, turbo snails, emerald crab, hermit crabs, some corals.
