What percent should my Led be

I have a D120 evergrow led and if I turn the whites on high would it kill my coral.

Yes and no. If you bump it up from say 20% to max then yes you could bleach and kill your corals. Increase it slowly( 5-10% per week) up to max and you should be fine. Corals need time to light acclimate.

Also monitor your corals visually. If you notice any issues wait longer between light increases and do it in smaller increments.
