What should i use to clean

I was thinking of a blood red shrimp, or some other shrimp, or a crab. Whatever would do the most good.... What should i go with? I have a clown and a firefish and a lot of rock

10 galllon empty tank with a whisper filter
20 gal SW tank, penguin 330 bio-wheel, redsea berlin airlift protein skimmer, 22 lbs of LR, White sand,
29 gal FW tank, undergravel filter, jaguar, jack dempsey, tiger oscar... few silver dollars, one ugly gourami...

What is it that you need to get clean?

The skunk cleaners are my favorite for personality and work duty. They're great little animals. They seem bolder in pairs/threes than solo.
