What size wavemaker

I have a 220 gallon tank with 230 lbs of live rock. I am looking at the MP40 and 60.

Would one 40 be enough or do I need a 60. Also, would I be better off with 2 40s over 1 60?

I'd go the two smaller ones over one big one one at each end. Depends in what you have in your tank if you have corals you want to cycle about 50x your tank in an hour
