What skimmer would u reccomend have??

I currently have a seaclone 100 and I am going to get a new/better one, I am thinking about a CPR Bak-Pack Dual Pack for my 55gal, is that a good decision? What skimmer would you reccomend? Thanks

I think, unless you need the additional filtration...I would go with a CPR bakpak 2R skimmer. They are a decent skimmer, IMO the remora is better, but have microbubble issues.

What pump are you using and are you using the skimmer box? I am using the MJ 1200 and no skimmer box, from what I have read when used with the original pump sold with it, the Rio 800, there are no micro-bubbles. I have considered switching and seeing just how much it decreases the skimmers efficiency.

I used the Remora with the Rio 800 and had no microbubbles at all.. It worked great and I loved it.. But I like my AquaC ev180 alot better... I would go with the remora Pro.. www.proteinskimmer.com

Turbo Floater Multi 1000 Works excellent. It can also be used on a bigger tank if you decide to upgrade later.

for the most part looks.. they used to say it was bad for the tank itself but there has been a few articles stating thats a myth.. For me thousands of microbubbles looks like absolute dog
