What to do with my 20G Setup

Hey everyone. This is my almost year old 20G bare bottom that I raised myself. I have two clowns and a watchman goby. Do you guys like the set up that I designed by myself? How should I change it? What should I buy next? Thanks!

Id buy some sand and some other stuff that can be found in the ocean

Looks good for having done it all yourself! The goby would like some sand but I understand bare bottom makes maintenance easier. How about a cleaner shrimp?
