What to Enrich my food with?

I just got a copper band from Liveaquaria.com and it says its eating enriched brine and mysis shrimp very well. So i have both frozen cube brine and mysis shrimp but I dont not think thats what they mean by enriched and i know that not alot of nutrition comes from brine shrimp. So im thinking of using some kind of vitamin mix to give him the proper nutrition. What should i use?
