What's everonse food of choice for small nano reef fish and inverts

Mine all really like frozen mysis and frozen brine. I've also on occasion plopped a piece of cocktail shrimp in there and they've all gone ballistic over it.

I definately want to try rods food. I know with most frozen food your suposed to rinse it to get rid of all the junk in it. But with this stuff I quess that not a good idea cause it's baby brine and rotis?
