Just curious, right now I'm feeding it reef roids and zoo plankton 2 a week. It's grown more of its tube and anchored on to the live rock. Just wandering what does everybody else find them?

Nothing. The usual feedings of your fish should be just fine to get enough particulate matter in there.
Actual foods for filter feeders easily fouls up the water column.

Intresting, I had read in different places that they need to be fed in order to grow and thrive, one such place saying that only live phytoplankton under 40mm would work and such on and so forth. I've just been spraying some food around it when I feed my corals

Feather dusters are filter feeders and don't require feeding , they will usually close up if you get close to them , excess feeding can and will decay the dusters tub and can cause the duster/worm to eject its tub . and most of the time they will not survive as the fish will eat the worm as it is no longer protected by it's tub,
