what to feed threadfin butterfly?

well, i just picked up a threadfin butterfly a couple days ago. the lfs said he was eating frozen mysis, but he hasnt gone for it yet. i also tried some of the flake food, and some frozen mix of worms and misc. that i have already been feeding my clowns. so what does your butterfly eat?? TIA!

Try some broccoli or nori soaked in garlic to stimulate its appetite. I have persnally found that frozen cyclopeeze can get just about any fish to eat. HTH I hope you have no corals in your tank.

thanx, i dont have any coral yet. i heard they like to eat sps polyps. i plan on getting some lps in the future, hope he wont pick at them.

Corals and butterflies rarely do good together. Forgot to mention earlier if you try broccoli make sure it is previously frozen.
