What up with this paly

I got these paly's from a tank under blue LEDS

When I put him in my tank ( 6 foot with 2 96 watt cf and 4 5 foot T5s). They opens up but did not extend as high as in the lfs

I thought that maybe my lights were brighter and they dident need I extend?

Then they started getting little spots. Are they changing color? Bleaching? Dying? Happy? Sad?

I've had them for about 2 weeks
