What's this??

H,i iv'e noticed this little guy hiding near the back of my tank behind some mushrooms. Anyone know what it is? Pic isn't great, it's about the size of a pea with tiny clear tentacles and seems to be greenish in the centre. I've had that piece of rock for about 18 months it's low in the tank in a low light area. Any info would be great.

looks like a spinoid worm I'd plug it with crazy glue so they don't spread

Maybe a spinoid worm.

It's shaped like a tunicate, but the tentacles throw me off.
