I've got nice algae growing and my amonia/nitrate levels are at 0. Also the glass and sand on the tank has a nice film of green algae. Should I put in a cleaner crew and should I clean the glass along w/ a pwc? The nitrates are right at 25.

I would hand clean it do a water change 10%-20% wait a day or 2 test again and then add them.....you will want your NitrAtes lower than 10 as they are sensitive to the nitrAtes

Agreed. If you have already noticed a spike and decline of NH3 and NO2, and now have detectable NO3, sounds like you are at the end of your cycle. Do a sizable water change and give it a couple more days then recheck.

I agree with the rest, that high of nitrAtes may cause problems for your inverts.

I agree also. I might even do a 25-30% PWC. I only suggest big ones like that at the end of a cycle. Hope all goes well.
