In a tank with just powerheads and a Remora skimmer, where would the best place for Chemi-Pure, carbon, etc be? Should it be placed in a hidden area inside the aquarium?

I believe you can also purchase a phosban reactor from Two Little Fishes and run pretty much any kind of media in there. It's made specifically for phosban (phosphate remover) but people do use it to run carbon and they're relatively inexpensive.

Thanks for the ideas, folks.

Good idea, Skinny. I was thinking in terms of hiding it, but for max performance the reactor would be great.
