white cotton??????

Found something like white cotton on the edge of my live rock
Any clue what it is?

na...it's too large to be a Q-tip, but very few sponges have names. it's definitely sponge material.

I have not heard of any bad cottony things. Most would be somme sort of filter feeder, mucoso, or egg pouch.

Those mushrooms OTOH, lol. You might want to start selling those. You are about to get over run.
