White or blue lightz?? Bt anenome

I Have a bt anenome and I want to get the best out of him.. At the moment I have a standard fluorescent I went to Lfs and they told me to get a white one... My mate said he would reccomend a blue and that the Lfs me and him go to would say white so more shot dies and I have to buy more any help would be great

I have a 75 gallon tank heres a pic

you gonna get an ear full from a lot of people on here :p but so you know that invert needs a lot of light more than just a "white and blue" this anemone needs a light that makes photo synthesis possible. you have to include us what kinda of fixture u have now and that is just the beginning. If you don't want to dish out the cash for more powerful light fixture i would recommend returning that bta to the store.
 
I've had it for two years in a shitty jebo tank an now had it in my 75 all I want to do is change the globe stick he's fine I jus want him to grow
