White Spots

So had noticed a while back that I had these white dots on the back of my tank but I thought they were just nothing. But it's been a few months now and they are still there and now they kinda bother me I was wondering if they were good, bad, or harmless.

Just harmless pods. Nothing to be worried about.

Can't really tell from the pic but it sounds like the "dots" I had on my tank glass. Small, circular, whits dots. Turned out to be harmless filter-feeders. I left mine alone and now they are on the under side of my LR. your call on your "dots"

I have some that appear that look like sesame seeds. I've read that they are probably snail eggs.
