White spots

I have seen some white spots on some of my rocks and power head.

I have one rock, the one with the kenya tree on it that has the most on it. I think this may be the source of them.

What I want to know is what are these small white spots?

They kind of have a circular pattern. Like one long white rope but curled around to make a circle.

I have those in my tank too. I forgot the name though. I know they are filter feeder if I remember. They use you calcium to build the shell but other than that they are harmless
