White substance on live rock

Can anyone tell me what this clear looking substance is on one of my live rocks? Inside the tank it looks white.

What can I do to make it go away?

If it is something that is bothering you, during your water change take the rock out and scrub the spot clean with a toothbrush in the old tank water.
