Who has Harlequin shrimp?

I see that harlequin shrimp require starfish to eat. how much do star fish cost and how often would a pair go through a star fish?

How much do they cost to feed? All the star fish I see are like 9$ do they sell smaller ones that are cheaper? or maybe some that reproduce?
